8.1. Proctoring Overview

Test and exam dates are set for each course at the beginning of the semester and should be included in the syllabus. Students are responsible for scheduling proctoring arrangements well in advance of the exam as proctoring appointment times do fill up. Instructors must be notified of the student’s proctoring preference. If a student uses virtual proctoring or alternative sites, then additional time for instructors to upload testing materials must be provided.
